This Privacy Policy discloses the practices of Glitter Me This & Co (“GMTC”, ‘we”). We are sensitive to your privacy concerns, and in this policy statement describe our practices in regard to the personal information we collect and receive from you, how we use it and how we protect it. We recognize your interest in understanding how personally identifiable data about you is being gathered and used, and what choices you have regarding its collection and use.
Scope and Nature of Policy
This Policy will notify you of what information is collected when you place an order for one or more of our gift boxes and/or receive other attendant services should we offer them (“products and services”) and/or otherwise visit our website, and how the information is collected, used and stored. We will describe our efforts to maintain the security of your personal information, and other details concerning your personal information and our policies. By the term, “personal information”, we include information, if other than about you, identifying the name and shipping address of the girlfriend to whom you intend delivery of the gift box. Please note that this Policy does not apply to our use of aggregated data from which personally identifiable characteristics have been removed. We do retain the right to use aggregated data in any way we feel advances the interests of our business.
We do not knowingly solicit personal information from persons under the age of 18 and do not consider persons under that age to be part of our demographic audience.

The primary reason we collect personal information about you is to process your order for our products and services, provide them to you or your recipient girlfriend as requested, confirm customer identity, to enable us to better communicate with you by helping us respond to your contacts more effectively, and to contact you to provide information about your order as well as other information, such as about our other products and services and special promotions, we believe could be of interest. In the ordinary course of our business we gather personal information about you including:

Required order information you provide such as name, shipping and billing address, phone number and email address to establish your gift box order and verify your identity. Order information includes name and shipping address of your intended girlfriend recipient. Your email address may also be used to send you notifications, special offers and e-newsletters.

If within the checkout process you are provided with an opportunity to create an account with us and elect to do so, we will create a profile for you containing your order history and stored information you provided for your easy access.

We may from time to time if you have transacted with us utilize your personal information to contact you to promote and offer other of our products and services to you. We expect this would be by email. You can choose to stop receiving marketing messages from us at any time by simply clicking the “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email or indicate your intention to opt out by writing to us at the address listed under the Contact Information section below.
