DOES THE BOX SHIP AS SHOWN?


Pretty much. Each curated gift box comes in our sparkling glitter signature teal box, imprinted with our beautiful logo on top and our inspiring SMILE logo inside. Our boxes are a significant part of the gift and are designed to be kept for later use. They're perfect for keepsakes, secrets, beautiful decor and everything in between. Plus, each box will ship inside a shipper box and wrapped in our signature logo tissue paper. Each product that represents S.M.I.L.E is curated specifically for each theme, and we have included a FUN item that we will pick at the time of your order, that is subject to change based on inventory. Rest assured, it will indeed make her SMILE. A few of the themes have a candle in the “Laugh” category that we try to personalize to your girlfriend’s situation. I mean that’s the whole point of this, right? We got you!




MY BOX IS A GIFT. I DON'T WANT A RECEIPT OR ANY PRICES.


We never include receipts or inventory / packing slips inside any of our boxes, knowing that they are almost always a gift. But, we do include an awesome personalized card of your choice. We will handwrite exactly what you tell us for that extra personal touch.




HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?


Orders take 1-2 business days to process and 1-3 business days to ship via priority mail shipping, depending on where it's going. Our priority shipping is one flat rate in the Continental US. If you are in real hurry, email us at smile@glittermethisco.com and we will do everything possible to meet your deadline.




WHAT IF I NEED MY GIFT ON A SPECIFIC DATE?


If you would like to make someone’s day especially special, email smile@glittermethisco.com with your order number and the date you would like it to arrive on to find out your shipping options. Priority mail is 1-3 days, but it is not guaranteed.




MY TRACKING SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT MY RECIPIENT NEVER GOT IT?


If a box is delivered according to your tracking but the recipient didn't get it, our customer care team will do everything in our power to locate it by calling the carrier. Beyond that, unfortunately this is a rare situation that's out of our control, and could be attributable to any number of things, including the package being stolen or lost. We recommend filing a carrier claim, and we'd be happy to do the same on our end.




IT SAYS THE DELIVERY OF MY PACKAGE WAS UNSUCCESSFUL, NOW WHAT?


We're here to help call the carrier, and track down packages, but there is only so much we can do. If the delivery was unsuccessful due to customer error, most often an incorrectly inputted address, we're happy to send a replacement, but we do charge a shipping fee.




CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?


At this time, we cannot ship the same order to multiple addresses. If you are purchasing several gifts that need to be shipped to different addresses you must order them separately.




WHERE DO YOU SHIP?


We ship anywhere in the United States currently. We are looking to expand our reach and will be adding more countries in the future so please check back here for updates.




WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?


Due to the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your gift, all sales are final. We take great care in making sure your gifts get to you just as they left us.




WHAT IF MY GIFT OR PRODUCTS ARRIVE DAMAGED?


Please take photos of the shipping boxes and the products inside and email them to smile@glittermethisco.com with the Subject line: DAMAGED SHIPMENT. We will work to remedy the situation ASAP.




DO THE BOXES COME WITH A NOTE?


Each gift box includes a custom-designed card that you select on our product page when buying your gift. They are a vital part of personalizing the theme of the box and we are excited for you to make the choice. Simply provide us your message and we'll hand write your card, don’t forget to sign your name!




DO THE BOXES EVER CHANGE?


Hmm, do woman change their minds? Heck yeah, we do. We’re constantly innovating and updating our products to refresh existing boxes, and we're always coming up with new box ideas. Check back monthly for our featured gifts or sign up for our newsletter. We plan to specialize in most of the major holidays and change them year to year to keep them unique.




WHAT IS THE SIZE OF EACH BOX?


All of our themes come in the same identical box. Who wouldn’t want a shelf full of these beauties to store items in? Our box is 9’’x7”x4’’.
